Categories & Items

You can create unlimited custom categories and items for both Income / Sales and Expense. Add them here, or type a new Category + Item directly while making an entry; it will be remembered automatically. Saved matches appear as suggestions.

Examples: Expense → Staff → Salary, Transport → Taxi, Rent → Shop Rent. For income, use categories such as Printing, Board Work, Design. You can add any category/item you need. Deleting a saved item only removes it from future suggestions; old account entries stay safe.
